The New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association (NHTOA), New Hampshire’s forest products industry and landowner trade association, is seeking a part-time coordinator to administer New Hampshire Project Learning Tree (NHPLT). The NHPLT is a 501c3 organization based in Concord New Hampshire. The NHPLT coordinator will deliver the Project Learning Tree (PLT) curriculum, one of the most widely used preK-12 environmental education programs in the United States and abroad.
This fall, NHEE partnered with NHSTA (NH Science Teachers Association) on a 3-part webinar series highlighting a few New Hampshire organizations that have in-classroom and field trip opportunities. Participants learned about Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center, The Caterpillar Lab, and NH Audubon. Each presentation also included how the organization connects their lessons to NGSS and participants were exposed to a sample activity that they could use in their classrooms.

To kick it off we'll be going on a hike with a little happy hour to follow. These events are open to NHEE members and if you are not a current member you can join today!
